LP Trixie is an alternative rock band from Chicago, Illinois, formed in 2022 by guitarist and songwriter Jim Brennan and vocalist Amelia Thompson. Emerging from their former project Rebel Alley, the pair reshaped their sound into a darker, sharper mix of post-punk and garage rock with driving guitars and melodic urgency.
Drawing on years of writing and performing together, LP Trixie crafts songs that balance raw energy with hooks built for modern alternative playlists. The band is launching its first official single, Fly on the Wall, and continuing to build momentum with new music and live shows across Chicago’s independent scene.
